Trophy difficulty

D 36 points easy

C 45th point (paid DLC)

Required time

B 80 hours

D +25 hours (paid DLC)

Paid DLC “Masters Vacation Pack”

Since the PREMIUM NEW GAME (NG+), which includes the final dungeon and difficulty level, is included in the DLC, it can be said that the difficulty level of the main game (Platinum) has been lowered.

Save data migration

PS4→PS5: Possible

PS5→PS4: Not possible

Sharing trophies

If you load the PS4 version's Trocon data, everything up to the platinum trophy will be automatically unlocked. There is no need to meet the conditions again

Differences between PS4 and PS5

When I played the game, there was a big difference in terms of graphics, smoothness of movement, and loading time. The volume of the game is large, so I would like to play it on PS5 if possible.

However, if you play the PS4 version on the PS5, it won't be as stressful, but the clarity of the PS5 version is still noticeable the moment you play it.

PS4/PS5 (Isn't there much of a difference in the images?)

The road to platinum

Since the end content has been moved to DLC, the difficult parts are gone, but it will take time. Also, it is no longer necessary to complete the substory

Main story: 50 hours

Sujimon Battle: 3 hours

Dondoko Island: 10 hours

Hawaii Dungeon: 3 hours

Yokohama Dungeon: 3 hours

Kasuga human power MAX: 5 hours

DLC: 25 hours

Human ability will vary greatly depending on how you play, but it is an area where the efficiency will differ greatly between those who have experience with the series and those who are trying the series for the first time.

Summary

Platinum: 1 lap (main story)

Paid DLC: 2 laps (main story + NG+)

As for the difficulty trophies in the paid DLC part, lower difficulty levels are not unlocked at the same time, so you will have to manually save before the last run. There is a possibility that the difficulty level can only be changed to a lower level, so it is safe to start with the difficulty level "EX-HARD" when starting NG+

Timed element

Not up to platinum

The lower difficulty levels of the DLC are not unlocked at the same time, making it a timed element, but this can be countered by leaving a manual save before the last run

Points to be aware of

It is most efficient to proceed with the main story

Actively emote with people in town

If you do not do the DLC and have the first production bonus, do not use the "Level Upper (limited item)" and save it and use it at the end for level 70

Kasuga's level takes priority

On Dondoko Island, priority is given to strengthening the bat

Sujimon Battle, Dondoko Island, Hawaii, and Yokohama Dungeon will be smoother if done after clearing the main story

Individual Trophies

Trophy chart

    Main story clear

(From this point onwards, only Kasuga will be conscious of level 70, and exploring dungeons and towns will become easier)

    Hawaii and Yokohama Dungeon

    Sujimon Battle

    Dondoko Island Finish

    Kasuga's human power finishing

(DLC) PREMIUM NEW GAME (Start with difficulty "EX-HARD")

Review

The 8th command-type action adventure in the Ryu ga Gotoku series. The overall review is "Hmm...". I can understand why they increased the volume to match the popular 7, but media information before the release claims an evolved battle system and comfortable battles with an increased tempo. On the contrary, it stands out that the minutes are completely different from reality.

Although there are some improvements, such as being able to quickly decide on a lower-ranked opponent in a quick battle and approaching the enemy by jumping over obstacles, there are almost no changes in normal battles.

The points that bother me more than the battle are the difficulty in targeting when talking to people, the harsh angle when opening the treasure box, the regrettable getting off point where you get off the taxi and immediately get into a taxi, and the auto mode. There's no end to the list of things like the incompetence of the battle AI and the fact that the battle animation skip is not automatic. However, these parts have remained the same in the recent series, so the pre-release promotions that seemed to have improved them sound hollow

New mini-games added this time include ``Sujimon Battle'' and ``Dondoko Island.''

Sujimon Battle is like Clan Creator in 6, where you gather enemies in the city, edit them with your own deck, and have them fight. While considering the weak points and compatibility of the characters...The system seems deep at first glance, but it's a poor system where strong characters fight without hesitation, so it's not something you can really get into.

Dondoko Island corresponds to the company management described in 7. The difference is that it is not a simulation type, but a miniature garden type, so you can enjoy collecting materials and arranging decorations. It takes time because the flow of time requires real time, but it is an interesting attempt. With such a large volume, I can appreciate that there were no bugs that I encountered before getting platinum. I would like to see continued careful debugging and work creation in this area.

In the end, I came up with the idea of having fun by changing the costumes of my favorite characters. Originally, I wanted to go deep into the DLC, but this time I decided that it wasn't worth that much, so I'll end it with Mizusho.

Battle 72 There is no evolution in the way command-type battles are presented

Story 82 Works like a summary

Graphics 89 Highly clear and detailed drawings

If we follow System 56 7, there are many points to improve.

Character 90 I'm sorry for adding water.
