Experts are responsible for the maintenance and analysis of museum exhibits and are the main role in the new exhibits.
Assistant handles administrative tasks such as selling tickets at ticket offices, checking in gift shops, and serving customers in restaurants. They can also greatly improve customer satisfaction and happiness.
Cleaner is responsible for cleaning museums, cleaning trash cans, and repairing machinery and equipment. If they have been trained in workshops, they can also make items such as entertainment centers and adventure equipment.
Security is responsible for collecting donations and preventing and arresting criminals, ensuring that exhibits are not stolen. If they are trained or have relevant skills, they can also operate the monitoring room.
Each employee has a recruitment fee, and you need to pay this fee to hire them, which is separate from the annual salary you pay them.
The higher the starting level of employees and the skills they already have, the higher the hiring costs will be, and their starting salary will be higher than the low-level employees.
Initially, you will have three employees to choose from, each with some random positive or negative traits of their own, such as "Global Traveler" or "Loyalty", at least one empty skill slot or filled skill slot, and a basic experience level, depending on your progress.
If you don't want to hire these employees, you can select the small red trash can icon on their message bar, or select their profile and select "Disable" from the bottom of the window to remove the employee.
Every 8 game days, the game will automatically add new applicants to the list, but you can also choose to post a job ad for the experts separately.
With this option, you can pay 2500 cash to request applicants with specific expertise, such as botany or prehistoric. This can be helpful if you need more specific experts, or if you join the random employees are not lucky.
