About unimplemented Tenkaichi Budokai mode

Change the ROM area address FFD8 (address 3FFE8 if modifying the ROM file itself) from 00 to 10 and reset it to move to Tenkaichi Budokai. It's a half-finished game with missing data, so it's impossible to play properly. The commands are blank and cannot be read, but like the previous game, there will be an 8-person tournament and a 4-person battle royale. You can select a playable character from two save data and enter it, and enemy characters will be randomly placed in the unentered slots, but it will freeze before the battle.
