Hell is Us has 308 collectibles/interactions that are required for trophies/achievements. Each collectible generally has a cumulative trophy/achievement for all of them, and you need nearly 100% of all items and interactions to earn every trophy.
Hell is Us does not have New Game+ or Chapter Select, and if any of the handful of missables aren’t obtained during a playthrough you need to complete them all again on a new save file from the start of the game. The missables occur through specific progression points during the story, so as long as you are careful about these specific points then everything can be obtained easily in one playthrough. Once you beat the story you are placed back right at the end of the game and can clean up all remaining trophies/achievements as long as you completed the missable interactions. This guide is designed as a walkthrough to help you through the game while also showing all collectible locations.

Good Deeds
Good Deeds are interactions involving people in the game world, generally requiring finding and bringing someone an item, or doing something that they ask of you. A handful of these are MISSABLE and is the highest priority thing to keep track of, and some of the missable ones award Relics which is what makes Antiquarian missable. They become missable through story progression typically because the person involved dies or disappears if the Good Deed was not completed, so they are easy to complete without missing as long as you are aware of the point they need to be completed by and in what order.

Mysteries
Mysteries are generally puzzles in the game world, and can be completed at any time as long as you have the required items and can access their location. Generally these involve chests or doors that need keys to access, or solving puzzles with passcodes you obtain or solve from other clues.
Drone Modules
There are 8 unique Drone Modules, each having an upgraded version for a total of 16 that can be found. They are typically found in the game world on the bodies of OMSIF soldiers, or obtained from mysteries. You only need to acquire one version of each of the 8 unique modules for Tech-Savvy.
Glyphs
Glyphs are abilities that can be placed on weapons. There are 25 unique Glyphs, each having an Enhanced and Elite version for a total of 75 Glyphs available in the game. These are given as rewards for completing Good Deeds and closing Timeloops, along with being found throughout the game in locations such as the Vaults of Forbidden Knowledge. You only need at least one of each unique Glyph for Emotional Warfare, regardless of what level it is.
Relics
Relics are equippable items that provide either a passive bonus or active skill like Glyphs. There are a total of 29 throughout the game and are given as rewards for Good Deeds, closing Timeloops, or found in locations such as the Vaults of Forbidden Knowledge.
Defensive Items/Weapons
Defensive Items are equippable armor that provide passive bonuses and abilities. There are a total of 19 that can be obtained throughout the game, and you will obtain most of them as Vigil rewards. There are 4 types of weapons that can be found throughout the game in already upgraded states. You need to upgrade one of each type (Sword, Twin Axe, Polearm, Greatsword) to the max level of 5.
Research Items
Research Items are collectibles found throughout the game world, that can then be given to Tania in the APC to learn more information about them. They have six associated categories that each gives a trophy when you research them all, along with an article from Tania that pieces together the lore of the game. Researching items also gives the solutions to the Vault of Forbidden Knowledge doors, though you can open these if you already know the solution because it is provided by Tania.
NPCs
NPCs required for the trophy specifically means the ones who have a dialogue menu, where you can interact with them for story progression and to learn extra info. Random NPCs who don’t have this menu aren’t required for this trophy, but you should generally still speak to everyone you encounter. This is MISSABLE because a couple of the required NPCs die due to the Events of the story, so if you don’t interact with them before this occurs then you miss this trophy and can’t interact with everyone in a playthrough.

Timeloops
Timeloops are the source of the Hollow enemies appearing in the game. Most locations have at least one Timeloop, and to close them you need to defeat the Timeloop Guardians that appear in their associated location, before entering the Timeloop and using the correct Amine Prism to close it. Once the Timeloop in an area is closed enemies won’t respawn, and to earn Legend of the Phol you need to go through each location in the game and defeat every remaining Hollow enemy so that every location is completely clear of enemies, as conveyed by the Threats: Clear text that appears on a location in the APC map menu.
Vaults of Forbidden Knowledge
There are 6 Vaults spread throughout the game, only 1 needs to be opened for Vault Raider, but each Vault also contains a Relic so they all need to be opened for that reason. You learn the solution for the door and a hint at the Vault location when turning in Research Items with Tania, but you can look up the solution and open the Vault at any time as long as you have access to the location it is found.
Baseball Caps
Baseball Caps are a cosmetic item found throughout the game. Counting the one you start with there are 10 total, and once found you need to equip each of them at least once to earn Passion for Fashion.
Collectible Walkthrough
The Collectible Walkthrough is written in the “correct” game order, so generally puzzles are not solved until the point where the information to solve them would be available through game progression. Mysteries involving passcodes can be solved much earlier if you wish, or out of order as specified in the walkthrough.
The main thing to MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW is the Good Deeds and NPCs as they are the major missable and need to be done in the specified order. If you don’t want to follow the walkthrough and solve things yourself you can check the Missable Guide for the order and location you need to make sure you complete the missables in.
