In "Double Point Museum", employee jobs require players to manage and allocate, and you need to pay attention to many things to manage and assign. Although each employee has a list of jobs that they can perform, you can further specify what they can do through the job assignment menu.
How to manage and allocate the work of employees in Double Point Museum
Manage employee assignments
While each employee has a list of jobs they are able to perform, you can further specify what they can do through the job assignment menu.
Go to the Employee List menu and switch to the Job Assignment tab, you will see the tab for each role and the number of employees for each role is displayed.
Here you will see an overview of each employee, including their rank, skills, and qualifications, as well as a series of check boxes showing the jobs they are currently assigned.
If an employee's job checkbox is grayed out, it means they lack the skills they need to perform a job, but once they have obtained that skill, they can perform the job.
On this basis, you simply check or uncheck the work you want your employees to perform, such as designating an expert with eloquence to guide the tour only, or ensuring that a security guard with patrol and surveillance skills is not in the camera room to maximize his skills.
If you're just starting out playing a map or not having a lot of employees, you don't need to do this because at this point you want employees to do all the work and you don't want to hire too many employees at the beginning, especially on maps like Bungle Wasteland where you start with less money.
You can also further adjust their work area by limiting and assigning employees to specific areas so that they will be more inclined to perform tasks within designated areas.
When you get at least one star on a map, you need to start using the assignment feature because by then you usually have enough funds to hire more employees, and you will also be involved in tasks such as guides or analysis that encourage only one or two employees to perform full-time.
