Kako krećemo?
Korak 1 - Instaliraš aplikaciju
Korak 2 - Uneseš svoj mejl i lozinku ukoliko već imaš nalog ili klikneš "Nemaš nalog?" i uneseš svoje podatke da kreiraš nalog.
Korak 3 - Pošalješ poruku u aplikaciji
Korak 4 - Kroz komunikaciju dobijam uvid o ciljevima i trenutnom stanju
Korak 5 - Sastavim ti i postavim plan ishrane i treninga
Korak 6 - Pratim tvoj napredak i usklađujem program
Šta dobijaš?
* Mentorstvo i podršku kroz komunikaciju - imamo chat u aplikaciji. Možemo da razmejnujemo fotografije progresa i snimke kako izvodiš vežbu.
* Plan ishrane sa zdravim receptima sastavljenim od namirnica koje i inače koristite. Osećaj sitosti je deo programa.
* Kalkulator makronutrijenata - tačno računanje koliko je ugljenih hidrata, proteina i masti uneto po obroku i danima uz grafički prikaz. Ne moraš meriti hranu u grame, uz ovaj kalkulator vrlo brzo učiš da odokativno izmeriš koliko je čega potrebno. Klijentima se ovo posebno dopada.
* Dnevnik ishrane, dnevnik treninga i praćenje navika.
* Plan treninga u video formatu sa opisom izvođenja svake vežbe.
Krećemo lagano, kako napreduješ treninzi postaju jači.
* Grafički prikaz tvog napretka - na početku saradnje upisuješ svoje mere i pratiš kako se menjaju tokom vremena. Možeš ubaciti i upoređivati svoje PRE i POSLE slike.
