Register the building, room, and contract, and start simple monthly rent management using the status information provided by the building notebook. Building Handbook does not charge any fees to users during the app installation and update process.

▶ Easy to use without login

You can freely use the building registration, rental management, and monthly rent management functions provided by the Building Handbook without complicated account creation procedures. Of course, if you change mobile devices or want to use the building book on multiple mobile devices, you can always create an account and link data.

▶ Rental status at a glance

Based on the information entered by the lessor, a status sheet is provided that summarizes the property information and the rental status. You can also use the calendar to see your monthly storage status at a glance.

◈ How to use

1. When the app is first launched, a window for selecting whether to create an account appears. You can use the functions without restrictions without creating an account, and you can create an account and link data whenever necessary.

2. Create a building. Simply enter your name and it will be created.

3. Enter the created building and create a room. If you have many rooms to create, you can easily create them by using the 'Create multiple rooms' button.

4. Enter the created room and create a contract.

(You cannot create multiple contracts with overlapping contract terms in one room.)

5. After the contract is created, the receipt details (including items to be received in the future) are automatically created based on the created contract. In fact, you have to manually update the amount received from the tenant in the building book.

(The building notebook does not have the right to dare to access the lessor's account, so it is difficult to automate this part at the moment. We ask for your understanding.)

6. Additional cash withdrawals can be recorded per asset level.

(tax expenses, loan interest payments, etc.)

7. You can inquire the status of each asset level at a glance.

◈ Main Features

1. Asset Management - Full Level

Provides the ability to show a comprehensive summary of the asset status at the overall level (all buildings combined). [Status table]

- Asset overview (number of buildings / number of waterproofing / number of vacancies)

- Expected profit and loss for O month (accepted amount / other income, expenses / net profit)

- Non-payment history

- O month storage progress

- Total deposit

- O month new deposit/return deposit

- O month contract change (new / expired / extended)

- Number of contracts to expire within 3 months

You can view and manage [Acquisition History], [Contract List], and [Cash In and Out] information at the overall level (total of all buildings).

You can create a building, check the status of each building unit, and create additional information.

2. Asset Management - Building Level

Provides the ability to summarize asset status at the building level. [Status table]

You can manage meta information about buildings. (Building Name, Building Address)

You can view and manage [Acquisition History], [Contract List], and [Cash In and Out] information at the building level.

By creating multiple rooms under the building, you can view the status of each room and create additional information.

3. Asset Management - Room Level

Provides the ability to summarize asset status at the room level. [Status table]

You can manage meta information about the room. (Room name)

You can view and manage [Storage History], [Contract List], and [Cash In and Out] information at the room level.

By creating a contract under the room (both contracts that have already expired and contracts that have not yet arrived), you can view and manage the status.

4. Asset Management - Contract Level

Provides the ability to enter and manage contract information at the contract level. [Contract Contents]

- Contract period (start date, expiration date)

- Remarks (contract extension, check-out, etc.)

- Lease type (monthly rent / jeonse / private rent, deposit, monthly rent, management fee can be entered)

- Tenant information (name, contact information)

- Accredited broker information (name, contact information)

You can view and manage [Receipt History] and [Cash In and Out] information at the contract level.

You can easily manage storage based on the storage history automatically calculated by the building notebook based on the entered contract information.

- Deposit, monthly rent, management fee status management (accrued / non-payment / partial payment / overpayment / payment completion processing, etc.)

- Manage the status of the deposit to be returned to the tenant (before receiving from the tenant / before returning the deposit / completing the return of the deposit / returning only part of the deposit, etc.)

5. Calendar

We provide a table that shows at a glance the monthly storage status for each room. [Monthly Calendar]

It provides a calendar showing the storage schedule/storage status by day. [Daily Calendar]

6. Account Settings

Basically, you can use all functions without creating an account, and if necessary, you can use it by linking accounts. When you create an account, you can link data with the server and easily retrieve data from other devices.
