Act 3 is the final section of the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 story. At this point you have access to almost all areas of the game because of Esquie’s flying ability. For the purposes of this walkthrough, in Act 3 we’ll focus on completing the story and doing the final relationship interactions that are now available. If you want to work through all available endgame areas before completing the story you can check out the Endgame Areas Collectible Locations, but we recommend cleaning these up after the story in free-roam.
The section includes the MISSABLE relationship interaction which is for Maelle’s Level 7 interaction. Make sure you select the Truth option in the dialogue as described below.

ACT 3 – MAELLE
You’ll need to leave camp once for a cutscene, then can return to camp for new relationship interactions which for the walkthrough will all be cleaned up now before moving on to complete the story. Make sure that you equip the Painted Power Pictos you obtained for defeating the Paintress immediately on a character to level it, then equip that Lumina on every character to break the 9,999 damage limit for everyone.
Camp
Camp Interaction: Esquie #5/6/7 – Speak to Esquie at camp three times. Level 6 unlocks Esquie’s Underwater Diving ability along with 
Plane, Train, and Submarine trophy/achievement. Level 7 unlocks Gradient Attack – Verso: Angel’s Eyes along with Esquie trophy/achievement.
Camp Interaction: Sciel #6/7 – Speak to Sciel at camp twice. Level 6 unlocks Record: Sciel. Level 7 unlocks Gradient Attack – Sciel: End Slice along with Sciel trophy/achievement.
Record #22: Sciel – Unlocks from reaching Sciel relationship level 6.
Camp Interaction: Lune #6 – Speak to Lune at camp. To progress this relationship level you need to go to the location Sirene’s Dress on the opposite side of the entrance to Sirene that you went in before. Fly there with Esquie and enter. You will need to fight a decently tough Chromatic boss, so you can come back to this later if you are stuck on it. After picking up the journal at the end of the area return to Camp to complete the interaction and receive Record: Lune.
Journal #36: Expedition 46 – At the back of the area, required to be picked up to complete Lune Relationship level 6.
Record #23: Lune – Unlocks from reaching Lune relationship level 6.
Camp Interaction: Lune #7 – Speak to Lune at camp. Unlocks Gradient Attack – Lune: Sky Break along with Lune trophy/achievement.
Camp Interaction: Maelle #6 – Speak with Maelle at camp. To progress this relationship level you need to go to the location The Reacher up on the cliff west of Visages. This is a much larger area than Sirene’s Dress. Once you reach the top you have a solo fight playing as Maelle, then you exit the area to complete the interaction.

Monoco Skills #38: Orphelin Cheers – Along the path through the area, the humanoid enemies you encounter banging on the structure are all considered Orphelins.

Expedition Flag – Ladder Area
Journal #37: Unknown – From the flag follow the path down to the right where there is a door to The Manor in an area with a bunch of burnt-looking Orphelins. Inside the room you end up in is the journal.

Journal #38: Expedition 61 – Along the main path on the platform immediately before the balloon that takes you to the next flag.

Camp
MISSABLE: Camp Interaction: Maelle #7 – Speak to Maelle at camp. YOU MUST CHOOSE THE OPTION “(TRUTH)”. If you choose “(Lie)” then you don’t receive the final relationship level. If you do this accidentally or want to see the outcome, reload a prior save to pick the correct option. Unlocks Gradient Attack – Maelle: Gommage along with Maelle trophy/achievement.
Camp Interaction: Monoco #5/6 – Speak to Monoco at camp twice. To progress relationship level 6 you need to go to the location Sacred River to the north of Monoco’s Station. Fly there with Esquie and enter, then interact with the pink Gestral apparition in the center of the area and you with fight Golgra with Verso and Monoco. Golgra hits very hard and is a tough opponent if you are trying to do this without doing other side activities first, so come back later if you need. You can also try using Verso’s ability Steeled Strike to take out Golgra from above half health before she powers up. Once you beat her leave the area to complete the interaction and receive Record: Monoco.
Record #24: Children of Lumiere – Purchase from Gestral Shop opposite the entrance to Sacred River for 1,000 Chroma.
Record #25: Monoco – Unlocks from reaching Monoco relationship level 6.
Camp Interaction: Monoco #7 – Speak to Monoco at camp. Unlocks Gradient Attack – Monoco: Break Point along with Monoco trophy/achievement.
At this point in the game you can access all areas on the map and go work on side stuff if you want to first, but for the purposes of the guide we’ll complete the story first. Completing the story allows you to return to the point before the final battle and continue working on endgame cleanup before entering NG+. If you want to work through the other available areas and complete the story last you can move on to the Endgame Areas section of the walkthrough, but mentions for when some trophies are earned won’t be correct because Lumiere still includes some trophy/achievement related collectibles. We recommend doing the Endgame Area cleanup after the story.

Record #1: Lumiere – Just past the flag before exiting the building, the record is on the right (this is a duplicate of the record that is obtained in the prologue by defeating the Mime).

Monoco Skills #41: Creation Void – The large miniboss that you encounter at the end of the garden (this miniboss respawns in this same location if you don’t beat it with Monoco the first time).
