Trophies are not automatically unlocked. There is a big difference depending on the presence or absence of previous data.

[Important] Notes
If you start with New Game +, which transfers save data, you may not be able to obtain some trophies. I can't make a general statement because each person has a different experience with save data, but this is just a possibility in my case, so please understand in advance.
If you start with New Game+, your "battle results" will also be carried over. I think there is a possibility that this result will become a bottleneck in the future and the trophy will not be unlocked.
The following is my battle record after transferring my PS4 save data.
When the game starts, the collectibles and mechanical beast list will be reset and start from the beginning, but the battle results will be carried over. Of course, since it is a battle record based on Trocon data, it will be a battle record in which all enemies have been defeated at least once. However, for some reason, the data for "Frozen Earth" has been reset.
The main story starts from the beginning in the above situation in New Game+, but I noticed that the headshot trophy was not unlocked during the game. This means that the headshot trophy will likely only be flagged on the 30th time. In my case, the trophy requirement is not met for 30 times from "348" to "378". Furthermore, with my data, I am not able to obtain the following trophies

Thinking about the trophy route
After NG+ is almost over, you will have to collect the trophies that you couldn't get in a new "New Game", but if that's the case, it's fine to use "New Game" from the beginning. This means that the meaning of NG+ is almost meaningless in terms of a trophy.
However, since each save data is different, it is difficult to make a general statement. For example, I first collect some trophies from data that can be used for saving data transfer. The following corresponds to this

Results of continuing to run with NG+
The trophy now looks like the one above. There is a possibility that there will be a big difference depending on the ``trophy obtained by transferring save data'' and ``the state of the battle record.''There is. If it's just a simple trophy such as a headshot, there's no problem in collecting it later, but if you're not likely to get a trophy in the back, such as "Full Scan", try calculating whether it's a "New Game" or "New Game +". It means deciding whether to start.
However, it also depends on what you value. I think each person's play style is different, such as ``I just want to collect efficiently'' or ``I want to have fun while controlling my progress''.
Reference data
Trophies can be unlocked even from complete data
As for the level, a flag is set every time you level up, so if you reach level 50 → 51, lower trophies will be unlocked as well.
There is a possibility that the trophy will be unlocked at level 60 as a ghost level (the level does not increase after 60, but there is a pseudo level up), but since I can no longer verify it with my data, it is unknown. However, is the ghost level only available at NG+?
The ending can be unlocked from the data immediately before the final boss of NG+ difficulty "ULTRA HARD". In this case, the main clear trophy, NG+ clear trophy, and ULTRA HARD clear trophy will be unlocked at the same time. The auto save just before the final boss is ``Signs of Extinction''. If not, the last quest "Approaching Shadow"
There are two trophies for acquiring all skills: "Main Skill Trophy" and "All Skills Including Frozen Land." If you have completed the main skill trophy, it will be unlocked and the trophy will be unlocked by clearing the early part of the main story, "Embraced by the Mountain." If you have skill points left, you can also obtain the Frozen Earth.
Difficult to unlock trophies with complete data
Collectibles cannot be unlocked with complete data. In the case of New Game+, the collectibles are reset, so there is no problem, but you will have to re-collect them. It will be much easier if you have the previous data when migrating save data
All mechanical beast scans cannot be obtained from complete data
Four types of all-machine subjugation types cannot be obtained from complete data
The main story cannot be unlocked retroactively, so you have to play it all the way from the beginning, but in this case, New Game + is fine.
The childhood main quest at the beginning of the game will be cut in NG+, so 🏆 "Studied under Lost" will require a new game.
Side quests are also considered to be equivalent to the main quest
If you have acquired Shield Weaver, when you start New Game+, it will start in the state you have it. Since I was able to pick up the power source, there is a possibility that I will be able to obtain the second Shield Weaver, but I am not sure if I will be able to unlock the trophy.
