A quest marker will appear when you move a little away from the NPC, so if you accept it, an "escort mission" may occur. Check the case given to you after the escort mission (Bren Eini Talaeson). If an escort mission occurs once and is completed or missed, it seems that some time will need to pass until it occurs again. We have confirmed that it will occur next time, but it will not occur immediately
