Overview

Airline Ticket is a board game designed for 2-4 players aged 8 and up. The objective of the game is to be the first player to collect four boarding passes and board a flight to their destination. Players move around the board, collecting boarding passes and avoiding obstacles, such as security checks and delays.

Setup

To set up the game, each player chooses a passport and a destination card. The destination cards show the four different destinations that players can fly to. The boarding pass deck is shuffled and placed in the center of the board. The obstacle deck is also shuffled and placed face down next to the boarding pass deck.

Gameplay

On their turn, a player rolls the die and moves their pawn around the board. If they land on a space with a boarding pass, they collect the boarding pass. If they land on a space with an obstacle, they must draw a card from the obstacle deck and follow the instructions on the card.

Obstacles

The obstacle cards can cause players to lose turns, move backwards, or even lose boarding passes. Some of the obstacles include:

* Security check: The player must roll a die to pass the security check. If they roll a 1, they lose their turn.

* Delay: The player loses their turn.

* Lost luggage: The player loses one of their boarding passes.

* Flight cancellation: The player loses all of their boarding passes.

Boarding

When a player has collected four boarding passes, they can board a flight to their destination. To do this, they must roll a die and land on the space with the corresponding destination. If they land on the correct space, they win the game.

Variations

There are several variations of Airline Ticket that can be played. For example, players can choose to play with different sets of obstacles or with different destination cards. Players can also choose to play with different rules, such as allowing players to trade boarding passes with each other.
