UNUM

Overview

UNUM is a strategic card game for 2-4 players that combines elements of deduction, bluffing, and risk-taking. Players take turns drawing cards from a central deck and playing them to form sets or disrupt their opponents' plans. The goal of the game is to be the first player to complete three sets of four cards each, representing the four suits of a standard deck.

Gameplay

Each player starts with a hand of seven cards. On their turn, a player must play one card from their hand and draw one card from the deck. They can play a card to:

* Form a Set: Play a card that matches the suit or number of a card already on the table to form a set of four cards.

* Break a Set: Play a card that breaks a set of three cards, forcing the player who formed the set to discard one of their cards.

* Steal a Card: Play a card that matches the suit or number of a card in an opponent's hand to steal that card.

* Discard a Card: Play a card face down to the discard pile.

Special Cards

UNUM includes several special cards that can disrupt the gameplay:

* Wild Card: Can be played to match any suit or number.

* Reverse Card: Reverses the direction of play.

* Draw Two Card: Forces the next player to draw two cards.

* Skip Card: Skips the next player's turn.

Deduction and Bluffing

As players play cards, they must pay attention to the cards that have been played and discarded to deduce which cards their opponents may have in their hands. They can use this information to bluff, playing cards that they do not have to trick their opponents into making mistakes.

Risk-Taking

UNUM also involves risk-taking. Players must decide whether to play cards that they need to complete their sets or to break their opponents' sets. They must also decide whether to draw cards from the deck, which may give them the cards they need but also increase the risk of drawing a card that their opponents can use against them.

Winning

The first player to complete three sets of four cards wins the game. If multiple players complete sets at the same time, the player with the highest-ranking set wins.
