Overview:

MONOPOLY Solitaire is a single-player card game that combines elements of the classic board game MONOPOLY with the strategy and skill of solitaire. The goal of the game is to acquire all of the properties in a single color group and build houses and hotels on them to earn rent from other players.

Gameplay:

The game is played with a standard deck of 52 cards, with each card representing a property in one of eight color groups:

* Brown

* Light Blue

* Pink

* Orange

* Red

* Yellow

* Green

* Dark Blue

The game begins with the player drawing seven cards from the deck and placing them face up in a row. These cards form the player's "hand." The player then draws a card from the deck and places it face up in the "discard pile."

The player can then perform one of three actions:

* Draw a card: Draw a card from the deck and add it to their hand.

* Play a card: Play a card from their hand onto the discard pile, matching the color or number of the card on top of the discard pile.

* Build a house or hotel: If the player has all of the properties in a color group, they can build a house or hotel on one of the properties in that group.

Building Properties:

To build a house, the player must pay the cost indicated on the property card. To build a hotel, the player must first have four houses on the property. The cost of a hotel is twice the cost of a house.

Earning Rent:

When another player lands on a property that the player owns, the player collects rent from that player. The amount of rent depends on the number of houses or hotels on the property.

Bankruptcy:

If a player runs out of money, they are bankrupt and must forfeit all of their properties and cash to the bank.

Winning the Game:

The game is won by the player who acquires all of the properties in a single color group and builds houses or hotels on them.
