Pocket Family is a casual game similar to other popular games like Homescapes or Homecraft-design, where your goal is to rebuild the old family house of a family that returns to its origins to live in it again. To do this, you have to clean the floors, restore the handrails, tile the bathrooms, fix the floor, lay down new carpets, buy sofas, restore walls and, basically, restore and redesign the entire inside of a mansion however you like.

The gameplay is typical of this genre. The game divides its content into achievements that you must manage to complete. The achievements are things like 'restore the floor' or 'buy a coffee table'. You will need stars to build elements in the mansion and to get these stars, you have to play a match-3-style minigame (like Candy Crush or Bejeweled).
