Road Trip USA 3: Central is the third installment in the Road Trip USA series, a collection of cross-country road trip games for the PC. The game features a vast open world spanning 12 states in the central US, including Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Players drive their own customizable vehicle, choosing from a variety of cars, trucks, and RVs.

As they travel, players encounter a diverse range of landscapes, from towering mountains and vast prairies to bustling cities and quaint small towns. They can stop at rest areas, gas stations, and other points of interest to interact with NPCs, complete missions, and learn about the local culture.
