Pokémon Legends Z-A contains 4 Legendary Pokémon:
- Xerneas
- Yveltal
- Zygarde
- Mega Eternal Floette
Catching all of them is very simple in Legends Z-A as they are all automatic main story rewards. Just the Mega Eternal Floette is slightly hidden, it requires winning The Infinite Z-A Royale reward matches 15 times after the story. It’s the secret mega evolution form of regular Floette.
Xerneas
Reward from Main Mission 40: The One That Gives. Catching it is the main objective of the mission, even if you fail to catch it the game will revert to before the encounter and forces you to redo it until you catch it. Bring it to low health and keep throwing Ultra Balls.
Yveltal
Reward from Main Mission 41: The One That Takes. Catching it is the main objective of the mission, even if you fail to catch it the game will revert to before the encounter and forces you to redo it until you catch it. Bring it to low health and keep throwing Ultra Balls.
Zygarde
Reward from Main Mission 42: To Keep the World in Balance. After completing Main Quests 40 & 41 where you catch Xerneas & Yveltal, return to Hotel Z to start this quest. Then the NPC named “L” will battle you. Defeat him and the mission will lead you to Wild Zone 20 where you catch Zygarde.
Mega Eternal Floette
After the story, win The Infinite Z-A Royale reward match 15 times to unlock Mega Eternal Floette. The reward matches take place in Quasartico Inc. building.
