The Tooth Breaker is a Bounty quest in Ghost of Yotei.

The Tooth Breaker Starting Location: Oshima Coast > Matsumae Residences Bounty Board
The Tooth Breaker Bounty Location: Oshima Coast > Oyobe River
First, you must go south of where it says “Oyobe River” on the map, at the coastline where the river flows into the sea. There at the coastline you find a single ronin standing at a little camp. Talk to him.
Next, you must head south-east to “Mad Goro’s House” in Hakodate Shore. This is a named map location that gets marked when going near it. Approach the house entrance, the people will run away and Mad Goro comes out.
He’s the guy whose wanted poster you picked up during The Oni main tale, but then he turned into your ally so you never killed him. Turns out he’s become a dentist. Kill all the ronin that arrive. Then Atsu will let Mad Goro go. Even though you don’t kill him this still counts as a completed bounty.
The Tooth Breaker Reward: 750 Coins
