Houndmaster Toyotaro is a Bounty quest in Ghost of Yotei.

Houndmaster Toyotaro Starting Location: Teshio Ridge > Red Crane Inn Bounty Board
Houndmaster Toyotaro Bounty Location: Teshio Ridge > Teshio River
This target is found in the snowy field halfway between Red Crane Inn & Contested Farm. From Red Crane Inn, head north-west through the middle of the field and you’ll see a place with cages. There are dogs and a single human enemy walking where the cages are. Kill the human, he’s the bounty. From where it shows “Teshio River” on the map, it’s straight down from the “h” on the map. You can also find the bounty there right away without accepting the bounty.
Houndmaster Toyotaro Reward: 750 Coins + Toyotaro’s Fang (looted from bounty)
