Bloody Strings Hachibee is a Bounty quest in Ghost of Yotei.
Bounties Overview:

Bloody Strings Hachibee Starting Location: Ishikari Plain > Ishikari Market Bounty Board
Bloody Strings Hachibee Bounty Location: Ishikari Plain > Stone Jaw Coast
Go to Stone Jaw Coast, north of Ishikari Castle. On the map where the “s” of “Coast” is, you will find a camp. Look in the sky to see smoke coming from the campfire to locate it easily. Talk to the camp leader who stands at the top of the camp, a man in pink robes. Afterward everyone in the camp claims to be Hachibee. Walk to the different groups in the camp and play the shamisen near them (swipe Touchpad left and play Atsu’s song). Do this to all groups and the real Hachibee will reveal himself because he hates shamisen music. Defeat all the enemies. You can loot the bodies after for his straw hat.
Bloody Strings Hachibee Reward: 750 Coins (+450 Coins from Caravan Leader) + Bloody Strings Hachibee’s Straw Hat (looted from bounty)
