[BOUNTY] is a Bounty quest in Ghost of Yotei.
Bounties Overview:

Blue Yamauba Starting Location: Ishikari Plain > Ishikari Market Bounty Board
Blue Yamauba Bounty Location: Ishikari Plain > Ishikari Fork + Urara Forest
This is one of the more confusing bounties to find. It requires doing 3 hidden objectives in different locations.
Step 1: First, go to where the “a” of “Ishikari Fork” is on the map, in the east of Ishhikari Plain region. There at the crossroads you find a settler surrounded by 3 enemies. Kill the enemies and talk to the settler. He gives you the “Blue Yamauba Drawing”. You need this for the next step.
Step 2: Go to “Oni’s Breath Inn” in Urara Forest. Outside, in front of the main entrance to the inn, talk to the mask merchant. You will automatically give him the Blue Yamauba Drawing. Then he tells you about her identity.
Step 3: Go to “Blackened Homestead” in Urara Forest. There will now be enemies and you can interact with 3 objects inside the burned building (can only interact with them after doing the previous two steps). In the building interact with the steaming rocks, the straw mat in the corner, the pile of masks. After doing this, Miyo and her guards will spawn. Defeat her, she’s the Blue Yamauba.
Blue Yamauba Reward: 1500 Coins + Blue Yamauba Mask
