Ghost of Yotei contains 20 Pillars of the Fallen locations. Finding the Pillars of the Fallen isn’t necessary for any trophies, but they do give cosmetic weapon kits.
Pillars of the Fallen are stone pillars. At those pillars you find a weapon kit, which you can then use to apply different colors to your weapons. You do this by going to the Gear Menu, select a weapon, press Square to apply the weapon kits. The pillars get marked on the map when nearby.
Nothing is missable, everything can still be done after the story in free-roam.

Mount Yotei
19 – Mount Yotei Summit
At the very top of Mount Yotei. Take the path from Mount Yotei Shrine in the west of Yotei Grasslands to reach it.
