Ghost of Yotei contains 10 Wolf Den locations. Finding all Wolf Dens unlocks the Wolves of Ezo trophy.
At Wolf Dens you will find the bodies of enemies slain by a wolf. Interact with the bodies and a wolf will come out of its den. Ride after the wolf, it will lead you to a nearby enemy camp. Clear out the enemies, and in some cases you also need to open cages to free other wolves. Then you get a short cutscene with the wolf and the den will count as completed. The Wolf Dens get marked on the map when you go near them.
Nothing is missable, everything can still be done after the story in free-roam.
