Saito is the 4th main tale in Ghost of Yotei. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Saito main quest.

- Quest Info: Saito has a training fortress in the marshlands. I finally have his scent.
Starting Location: Saito
Infiltrate Saito’s training fortress
Fast Travel to Yotei’s Shadow Inn.
From there, make the long trek east until you reach Tomamu Marshlands. On the southeast edge of the marshlands, find Clan Saito Training Fortress.
Approach the gate to the fortress and give the password. Atsu recites the password automatically.
Search the fortress for Saito
After the cutscene, a standoff automatically starts.
Defeat him, then hug the left wall until you reach the back side of the stables. Use 
to crawl through the crawl space.
Crouch with 
then take an immediate left and sneak up the hill to the open gate. There are henchmen nearby, but they don’t look your way.
Squeeze through the gate opening.
The path to the right leads to a locked gate. So, head left up the hill and onto the rocks.
At the top of the rocks, jump onto the wall. This triggers a cutscene.
Use the spyglass to investigate the two points shown below.
Reach the gap in the garden fence
Either sneak your way along the west side of the camp or fight your way through. The quest continues regardless of the approach you choose.
The easiest way to get there is to sneak around the right side. There are fewer enemies on that side, and they don’t face you.
Search the fortress for Saito
Go straight ahead and then jump across the gap.
Use the rock holds on the rock face to climb along and up the wall.
Head up the rocks ahead of you.
At the top is a grapple point across the gap. Use it to cross.
To your right, follow the rock holds along the rock face and climb up the wall.
At the top of the cliff, squeeze through the gap in the fence.
Find a way past Saito’s Army
Right away, crouch in the tall grass. A guard opens the gate right away and investigates something nearby. Either assassinate him or sneak past him through the opened gate.
The easiest path is along the left side. Go behind the building to the left and then squeeze through the gap in the fence.
Assassinate the one guard and continue along the left wall.
Reach the tall grass by the lookout tower.
Then, continue following the wall to the left, squeezing through the flap in the cloth.
Climb the ladder in front of you.
Continue following along the left wall to reach another gap. Before passing through the gap, open the chest to collect some Precious Metals.
Reach the top of the keep
Follow the stone wall on the right. Then turn right and climb up to the next area.
Turn left and approach a slide of loose gravel.
Slide down the gravel. At the bottom, jump and use the grapple point to swing across the gap to another stone ledge.
Climb up the rocks. At the top, turn left to see the grapple point. Use the grapple point to swing across the gap.
Go right around the stone and jump to the next grapple point.
Once across the gap, climb up the rocks.
Look to your right to see a couple wooden ledges. Climb those. On the top wood ledge, jump to use the grapple point and climb up.
Squeeze through the small opening directly in front of you to enter the building.
Press 
to attempt the assassination.
Defeat Saito
Saito will defend your assassination attempt. He will fight you in a duel. Saito doesn’t do anything tricky. Parry his attacks and break his guard with heavy attacks. The Dual Katana is strong against his spear.
Chip down his health until a bombardment stops the fight and triggers a cutscene.
This finishes Saito in Ghost of Yotei. Completing Saito grants you Onryo Armor II.
