Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit
Document: Clinical Trial (1)
Progress down the mountain pass until you encounter an enemy spawning from a flesh clump. Immediately past this to the right will be a small area next to a house. This document will be on a blue crate.
Omamori: Suzuran
After fighting a new enemy and continuing down again, there will be a house on your left. Approach it and an enemy will rush out from the right side. Kill it, then go to where it came from to find this inside a crate.
Document: Strict Mother’s Letter (1)
Once you arrive at a split path, take the left path up to arrive at an Inari-sama Shrine. Sitting in front of it will be this document.
Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
After going through a park in town, head south to the rear of a house where you will find this inside a crate.

Now head north from the park to find this on the porch of a house.

Around the corner from the house, on the edge of the fence line. Next to a Hokora Shrine.
Character Upgrade
As you approach your house, you will see the Hokora Shrine from the very beginning of the game. Instead of going up towards the house, instead head down through the streets and go left at the truck that blocked your path previously. Sitting on a bench at the end of this path will be an Ema.
