Corridors is the 4th area in Silent Hill f. This 100% walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies, achievements and 100% completion is included: Documents, Hidden Omamoris, Character Upgrades, Inventory Upgrades, Trophy-Relevant Documents, Puzzle Solutions, Trophies & Achievements.

Corridors

Character Upgrade

Follow the corridors northwest to find a building. Right next to the door will be an Ema on a crate.

Offering: Shriveled Abura-age (500 Faith)

Continue northeast and go behind a building. Sitting on a box will be this offering.

Omamori: Hawk

After arriving at the Sacred Door, continue east and enter the room that the enemy comes out of. This will be sitting on a chest by the window.

Document: Housemaid’s Note (1)

On the floor inside the Library, which is the next building you enter.

Document: Family Physician’s Log (1)

Just past the previous document, on a coffee table to the left.

Document: Family Physician’s Log (2)

Further down the hall, on the floor to the right.

Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)

After shimmying between two bookcases, continue into a room with books strewn across the floor. This is on a bench in the corner.

Omamori: Blessed Hand Mirror

Once you open the Sacred Door, you will be in a room with a Hokora Shrine and a bunch of supplies. Next to a Medkit will be this breakable Omamori. This is breakable, so if you die with it equipped you will lose it. You will be able to find more throughout the game (generally before boss fights), but you don’t need to collect them all.

Trophy: The Sound of Silence

Go through the door and you’ll start a boss fight. Twice during this fight, they will stun you and teleport away, then start charging up an attack where they will ring their suzu bell if you don’t stop them in time. When this happens, you need to quickly run up to them and stab them once to stop the attack. Both times they start this phase, they will do the charge attack three times, meaning you will need to quickly stop the attack six times in total. If you beat the boss without letting it hit you with any of these suzu bell attacks, you will get the trophy.
