Silent Hill f contains 36 Trophy-relevant Documents. While there are 90+ Documents overall, only 36 are required for trophies. Those not required for trophies are not listed. Finding all Trophy-Relevant Documents will unlock the following trophies:

Documents are pages you can pick up. Some of these will appear across multiple playthroughs, in particular Sakuko’s Diaries for A Miko Possessed and Clinical Trials for Good Intentions, so if you choose to do a blind playthrough it is at least recommended that you ensure you get these on each playthrough to save potential extra playthroughs.
New Game (First Playthrough)
Corridors
Document 1: Housemaid’s Note (1)
On the floor inside the Library.
Document 2: Family Physician’s Log (1)
Just past the previous document, on a coffee table to the left.
Document 3: Family Physician’s Log (2)
Further down the hall, on the floor to the right.
Worship Hall
Document 4: Sakuko’s Diary (1)
In the eastern area. Flip the lever in the Hokora Shrine room so you can go through the blue doors, then flip the next lever so you can go through the white door. Enter the locker room and this will be on one of the benches.
Document 5: Sakuko’s Diary (2)
In the eastern area. Flip the lever in the locker room so you can go through the green door, then crawl through to the next lever to find this on the side of the room.
Document 6: Sakuko’s Diary (3)
In the eastern area. In the room with the second Hokora Shrine, sitting on a bench.
Main Hall
Document 7: Family Physician’s Log (3)
After opening the first door, turn left to find this on a bench.
Document 8: Housemaid’s Note (2)
After completing the first ritual and you are back on the first floor, go south one room and open the metal door. Inside will be these items next to each other.
Document 9: Family Physician’s Log (4)
After completing the third ritual, you will now be able to reveal hidden rooms (indicated by fox artwork and blood near the walls) by holding 
in front of them. Once in the main hall, go north slightly and open the wall here to find a document inside on the left.
Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit
Document 10: Clinical Trial (1)
Progress down the mountain pass until you encounter an enemy spawning from a flesh clump. Immediately past this to the right will be a small area next to a house. This document will be on a blue crate.
Document 11: Strict Mother’s Letter (1)
Once you arrive at a split path, take the left path up to arrive at an Inari-sama Shrine. Sitting on front of it will be this document.
Document 12: Strict Mother’s Letter (2)
After going through the park, go north to find this on the porch of a house.
Document 13: Strict Mother’s Letter (3)
Around the corner from the house, on the edge of the fence line. Next to a Hokora Shrine.
Treasure Hall
Document 14: Family Physician’s Log (5)
In the first room to the left of the Treasure Hall main room, sitting at the back.
Document 15: Housemaid’s Note (3)
After going through the correct door in the previous room. In the last room on the left, past where you get the Black Sparrow Crest.
Document 16: Housemaid’s Note (4)
After getting the first crest and returning the main room. In the first room after leaving the Treasure Hall main room, sitting at the back.
Document 17: Strict Mother’s Letter (4)
Immediately on the floor in front of you when going into the second room.
Document 18: Strict Mother’s Letter (5)
After getting the second crest and returning the main room. In the first room after leaving the Treasure Hall main room, sitting on some drawers to the right. If you have gotten all Housemaid’s Notes, Family Physician’s Logs and Strict Mother’s Letters, you will unlock The Truth about the Tsuneki Family .
New Game+ (Second Playthrough)
On New Game+, you will now be able to open Inari-sama Boxes and Doors using the Brooch. These will allow you to find new documents.
Ebisugaoka First Visit
Document 19: Diary of Revenge (1)
After the first Hokora Shrine, go down the stairs and immediately turn right. You will spot a shoe box that can be opened, which will contain both the document and an ema.
Ebisugaoka Second Visit
Document 20: Diary of Revenge (2)
Immediately past the Hokora Shrine on the northern horizontal road, turn left to find this in a garden by some statues.
Ebisugaoka Middle School
Document 21: Diary of Revenge (3)
Once outside, go to the western side and climb through a window into a classroom, where you hear a crackling radio. This shoe box will be in the back.
Worship Hall
Document 22: Sakuko’s Diary (4)
In the eastern area, on a shelf in the first room with the Hokora Shrine.
Document 23: Sakuko’s Diary (5)
On a bench in the locker room.
Document 24: Sakuko’s Diary (6)
In the room with the third Hokora Shrine, on a bench in the corner.
Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit
Document 25: Diary of Revenge (4)
Go up the stairs until you reach a gazebo, then walk around it to find this box on the ground.
Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit
Document 26: Clinical Trial (2)
After killing the enemies at the forced fight and going down the hill some more, there will be a house on your left with some stairs. Go up the stairs to find this sitting next to the fifth Jizo Statue.
Document 27: Diary of Revenge (5)
After going through the park, this will be sitting in the yard of the house before the Hokora Shrine.
Shimizu Residence
Document 28: Diary of Revenge (6)
In the first area of the residence, go along the west corridor and north two rooms, to the room before the Photo Room. This box will be sitting to the side. If you have gotten all 6 Diary of Revenge documents, you will unlock Fate of the Apostate .
New Game+2 (Third Playthrough)
Worship Hall
Document 29: Rinko’s Diary (1)
In the western area, on a shelf in Rinko’s room (northern room).
Document 30: Rinko’s Diary (2)
In the western area, on a student’s desk in the Classroom (western room).
Document 31: Rinko’s Diary (3)
After interacting with the desklamp in the Classroom to turn the room red, this can be found on a shelf on the eastern side of the room.
Document 32: Rinko’s Diary (4)
After interacting with the desklamp in the Classroom to turn the room red, this can be found on a shelf on the southern side of the room.
Document 33: Rinko’s Diary (5)
In the western area, in Chizuruya General Store (southern room). After interacting with the desklamp to turn the room red, this will be on a display. If you have gotten all five Rinko’s Diary documents, you will unlock Fires of Jealousy .
Document 34: Sakuko’s Diary (7)
In the eastern area, on a bench in the Locker room.
Document 35: Sakuko’s Diary (8)
In the eastern area, on a in the shrine room near a Hokora Shrine. If you have gotten all eight Sakuko’s Diary documents, you will unlock A Miko Possessed .
Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit
Document 36: Clinical Trial (3)
At the first house after the Hokora Shrine as you descend the path, this will be on a bench. If you have gotten all three Clinical Trial documents, you will unlock Good Intentions… .
