Plan Z is the 19th main mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Plan Z Main Quest.
- Starting Location: Kairos > Dominion > Carcadia District
- Quest Giver: Zadra
- Unlock Requirement: having finished Main Quest 18: Means of Ascent
- Recommended Level: 35
- Reward: XP, Money & Rare Shotgun
- Quest Description: What the Timekeeper did to Zadra was the final straw. The gloves are off now. First, we smash through his lockdown. Then his head.
Objectives:
- Pick up Zadra’s ECHO log
- Reach Ascension tower & Reach Data Dump
- Reach Ascension tower & Access computer & Enter password & Downloading Zadra’s data cache…
- Reach Ascension tower & Go to ripper encampment
- Reach Ascension tower & Upload command script
- Reach Ascension tower & Script upload in progress…
- Open Ascension chamber
- Enter Ascenion chamber
Starting Location: Plan Z
Pick up Zadra’s ECHO log
Just pick up the Log from Zadras’ body near you.
Reach Ascension tower & Reach Data Dump
Now you have to reach the Data Dump cafe, just follow the path. You can ignore all enemies on the way.
Reach Ascension tower & Access computer & Enter password & Downloading Zadra’s data cache…
Head inside and interact with the computer, then interact with it once more to download the data.
Reach Ascension tower & Go to ripper encampment
After that follow the quest marker to an enemy camp near a barrier that say “Keep Out”.
Reach Ascension tower & Upload command script
Kill enemies until you have to interact with a drone to upload the command script.
Reach Ascension tower & Script upload in progress…
The upload will take about a minute, in the meantime, you can kill enemies or run around to avoid them.
After that, go through the gate and press the button in the middle of the next room to open another gate.
Follow the path until you enter a building. You have to pull yourself up inside to reach the next room.
Move further and you will reach the Ascension tower soon after. Here you can go up either the left or the right side. It does not matter.
Open Ascension chamber
After you go up, you end up in front of a closed door.
Turn right and pick up the device, then go back to the archway opposite the closed door and throw it up there to open said door.
Enter Ascenion chamber
Now just enter the door.
This finishes Plan Z in Borderlands 4.
