Crystal Brawl is the 12th main mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Crystal Brawl Main Quest.
- Starting Location: Kairos > Terminus Range > The Low Leys
- Quest Giver: Defiant Calder
- Unlock Requirement: having finished Main Quest 11: Shadow of the Mountain
- Recommended Level: 15
- Reward: XP, Money, Eridium, Epic Shield & Augered Reality Vault Hunter Style
- Quest Description: The voice that spoke through the Auger relic said to “find the Siren”… and, as it happens, there’s another one here on Kairos. Watch out, though: apparently this Siren has claws.

- Talk to Defiant Calder
- Find Wildcat
- Follow Amara
- Meet Amara near moonfall site
- Breach moonfall site with Amara & Crush Order forces
- Breach moonfall site with Amara & Kill Order guards
- Breach moonfall site with Amara
- Reach dig site
- Destroy power generator & Kill dig site guards + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
- Reach next dig site + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
- Kill dig site guard + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
- Wait for Amara
- Return to central chamber
- Destroy refinery processor
- Destroy refinery processors, Expose secondary processor & Expose tertiary processor
- Destroy refinery processors, Destroy secondary processor & Expose tertiary processor
- Destroy refinery processors & Expose tertiary processor
- Destroy refinery processors & Destroy tertiary processor

- Leave dig site

Talk to Defiant Calder
Just talk to Calder near you.
Find Wildcat
To find Wildcat, you have to go on a long path through a mountain area, at the end of it you will find Wildcat. This triggers a cutscene.
Follow Amara
Now follow Amara into the building.
Meet Amara near moonfall site
After the conversation, head to the moonfall site and meet Amara here.
Breach moonfall site with Amara & Crush Order forces
Follow Amara to the next area and kill all enemies here.

A second wave of enemies will spawn.

After killing the second wave, follow Amara until she stops.
Reach dig site
Amara will open a door, enter it.
Destroy power generator & Kill dig site guards + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
Once you reach the dig site, kill all enemies here first.
Before destroying the generator, you can kill three mining drones for the optional objective. They are all in the area around the power generator.
First mining drone:
Second mining drone:
Third mining drone:
Now you can destroy the power generator by shooting it.
Reach next dig site + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
Now follow Amara through the first dig site. Right after leaving it, you can find the fourth mining drone. It is behind a pile of eridium slightly to the left.
Fourth mining drone:
Meanwhile, Amara will open a door next to the fourth mining drone. Go through the door and you will find the fifth mining drone on the left side.
Fifth mining drone:
Follow the path and you will reach the next dig site. You can also already see the last two mining drones.
Kill dig site guard + Optional objective: Destroy Eridium mining drones
When you enter the dig site, kill all enemies here.
While killing the enemies you can destroy the last two mining drones for the optional objective.
Sixth mining drone:
Seventh mining drone:
Wait for Amara
After killing all enemies, just wait for Amara.
Return to central chamber
Now return to the area where you killed the fourth mining drone.
Destroy refinery processor
Enter the next area and shoot the processor.
Destroy refinery processors, Expose secondary processor & Expose tertiary processor
Now pull yourself up with the grappling hook to the left side of where you entered the area.
Then jump and glide to the platform, then do a double jump and slam onto the platform to reveal the secondary processor.
Destroy refinery processors, Destroy secondary processor & Expose tertiary processor
Then look above you and shoot the secondary processor to destroy it.
Destroy refinery processors & Expose tertiary processor
Now head to the other side and repeat the process from before, get onto the platform, and slam it.
Destroy refinery processors & Destroy tertiary processor
Look above you and shoot the tertiary processor to destroy it.
Destroy refinery core
Now destroy the core in the middle of the area.
Leave dig site
Now you can leave the dig site through an exit behind where the refinery core was.
This finishes Crystal Brawl in Borderlands 4.
