Her Flaming Vision is the 10th main mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Her Flaming Vision Main Quest.
- Starting Location: Kairos > Carcadia Burn > Tooange Peel
- Quest Giver: Levaine
- Unlock Requirement: having finished Main Quest 9: Unpaid Tab
- Recommended Level: 14
- Reward: XP, Money, Eridium, Epic Assault Rifle, Rip It Out Vault Hunter Head & Punchy Whoopster Vehicle
- Quest Description: Callis stole back the Command Bolt, Carcadia is in ruins, and Zane is hellbent on revenge for Sophia the thresher. Somehow, all of this is now your problem.
Objectives:
- Talk to Levaine
- Follow Levaine
- Meet Zane at cliffside
- Pick up bomb
- Plant bomb on wall
- Shoot bomb
- Drive through the wall, boyo!
- Test ramp or Talk to Zane and skip test
- Reach Gunworks
- Clear Gunworks of rippers
- Look for spatial accelerator
- Find spatial accelerator
- Board Drilldozer Deluxe
- Override maintenance access
- Get onto crawler
- Climb to top of crawler

- Return to Zane
- Install spatial accelerator
- Start generators

- Reach Callis’s fortress
- Clear out rippers
- Find fortress entrance
- Kill Mudmouth & …and his friends
- Enter Callis’s fortress
- Find Callis’s lair & Hack door
- Kill Ripper Queen
- Take Callis’s bolt
- Return to Levaine
Starting Location: Her Flaming Vision
Talk to Levaine
Just talk to her near the plaza.
Follow Levaine
Follow her just a few steps.
Meet Zane at cliffside
Now follow the quest marker to the cliffside.
Pick up bomb
Pick up the bomb from Zane.
Plant bomb on wall
Place it on the wall nearby.
Shoot bomb
And shoot it to destroy the wall.
Drive through the wall, boyo!
Use your vehicle now and drive through the wall.
Test ramp or Talk to Zane and skip test
You can either test the ramp or talk to Zane. It’s better to talk to Zane as you will die if you test the ramp.
Reach Gunworks
Now follow the quest marker to reach the gunworks.
Clear Gunworks of rippers
Enter the gunworks and kill all enemies here.
Look for spatial accelerator
After killing the enemies, head to the crawler on the other side of the area.
Find spatial accelerator
Now turn around and follow the path until you reach the big gate which will open now.
Board Drilldozer Deluxe
To board the dozer, look for any point where you can climb up. From there jump onto the backside of the dozer.
Override maintenance access
Press the button on top of the dozer to override the access.
Get onto crawler
Now get back to the crawler.
Climb to top of crawler
Go on the backside of the crawler and go upstairs.
Kill crawler crew
On top, kill all enemies.
Kill Holey Moley
Holey Moley appears after killing his crew, so kill him too.
Take access override key
After killing Moley, pick up his key.
Return to Drilldozer
The dozer should be nearby, so you can jump on it.
Override maintenance access
Interact with the machine to override the access.
Drop down to engine room
Now turn around and jump down to the engine room.
Overheat Drilldozer
To overheat the dozer, interact with the two valves inside.
Eject spatial accelerator
Now use the lever on the machine.
Take spatial accelerator
Pick up the accelerator.
Return to Zane
Head back to Zane now.
Install spatial accelerator
Place the accelerator near Zane.
Start generators
After placing the accelerator, interact with the two generators nearby.
Jump into crater
Now use your vehicle and drive over the ramp to reach the other side.
Reach Callis’s fortress
Level Warning: the level scaling here makes a huge jump. If you have been rushing the story without doing side content you will be severely underleveled and all enemies show red skull icons. You can technically run past these enemies, but in the next objective will have to kill them. If they have red skull icons and you have trouble, it’s recommended to clean up any side missions you can find, and follow the main questine in Terminus Range which starts with Shadow of the Mountain. You can play the story quests out of order and can continue here later. Also accept any Contracts you can find from Contract Boards and combine the ones close together for fast XP. If you want to bruteforce this mission while underleveled, buy a Sniper Rilfe and Semi-Auto Assault Rifle from the vending machine and headshot enemies – it will be a slow process but playing at distance keeps you safe.
Follow the path to reach the fortress. You can run past the enemies if you want.
Clear out rippers
Once you reach the fortress, you will have to kill all enemies here. Since they’re a higher level, try to use sniper rifle headshots and semi-auto assault rifle headshots for high damage from a safe distance.
Find fortress entrance
After killing the enemies head to the big gate.
Kill Mudmouth & …and his friends
Mudmouth and his friends will appear, kill them all.
Enter Callis’s fortress
Now you can enter the fortress.
Find Callis’s lair & Hack door
Follow the path inside until you reach a closed door.
Here kill all enemies to open the door.
After that follow the path until you reach a grinder with two vending machines nearby, you need to jump into it to reach the lair.
Kill Ripper Queen
Now you have to kill Callis. There is nothing to look out for.
Take Callis’s bolt
After killing her, pick up the bolt.
Return to Levaine
Now return to Carcadia to meet Levaine.
This finishes Her Flaming Vision in Borderlands 4.
