Borderlands 4 The Fadefields All Map Locations

The Fadefields region in Borderlands 4 has 59 Map Locations. Discovering all Map Locations in The Fadefields unlocks the Unfaded trophy & achievement.

This page contains maps of all locations with the full map unfogged and a list of location names. To unlock the trophy you must discover all “?” question mark icons on the map by going near them. Locations include blue pinpoint icons, activities, fast travel points, and Primordial Vaults. The Primordial Vaults are unlocked by collecting all 3 Vault Fragments per region. The Primordial Vault doesn’t have a “?” icon on the map as it’s a hidden location.

When you unfog the map the “?” icons get marked automatically. Then you can put a marker on the map icon and a location line will guide you to it. If no navigation is available or it can’t be reached, it’s likely part of a main mission or side mission. In this case finish the story and clear all side missions in the region, then you will have access to everything.

The locations here are listed in the same order as the in-game map list. Hover over a region on the map and press Square (PS5) / X (XB) / F (PC) to enter the ‘Explore’ view. This shows an overview of the locations you have and haven’t found.
