There are 6 Order Bunker locations in Borderlands 4. They are one of the activity types required for the Ruler of Everything trophy & achievement.
Order Bunkers are buildings with a boss at the end. Go through the bunker and defeat the boss. They become available after Main Mission 5: One Fell Swoop.
None of the activities are missable. You can still do all of them after the story in free-roam. Some areas require story progress to become accessible, after the story you can reach all of them.
