The document is on the table in the first room you encounter Liana in.

Once you enter the hallway of wisdom, go through the first door on your left and the document will be on the ground.

While in the northeast section of the area, you’ll find the document on the ground in the corner of one of the rooms.
Dispersed Dimension: Stealth and Detection / (Arena Power: Phantom Shield
After activating the last pressure plate and opening the main path up, ignore it and follow the path behind you that leads to the northeast area. Follow the pathway, activating the pressure plates and buttons to open the doorways and move the bookshelves. Once you reach the end of the path you’ll see the rift. Attack all the sigils to activate it. You can then complete it whenever by talking to Liana. You’ll need to complete it in 3 minutes for the Arena Power. You can refer to Dispersed Dimensions Guide for information on clearing it.
Frosthold – Hall of Wisdom Top Floor
Trinket: Celeste’s Emblem
When you’re at the center piece where you can rotate the stairs. Rotate the stairs going up to the right and then go up the stairs. The trinket will be in the chest.
