Imperial Capital – Harbor
Trinket: Ruby Necklace
Talk to the Cowardly Soldier near the playground and purchase it from him for 520 Gold.
Crafting Recipes: Igniter Potion, Tranquilizer, Neutralizer / (Arena Power) Lifeforce Bestower
You can purchase all 4 from Claudian for a total of 1700 Gold.
Skycrest Badlands – Forsaken Harbor
Dispersed Dimension: Lost Hope / Arena Power: Manifestation
Once you reach the fork in your path, take the path on the right and once you reach the open area before the long bridge, you’ll see the rift on your right. Attack all the sigils to activate it. You can then complete it whenever by talking to Liana. To get the Arena Power, you must defeat every enemy while your HP is below 20%. You can refer to Dispersed Dimensions Guide for information on clearing it.
Skycrest Badlands – Dormant Ruins
Trinket: Jade of WhiteCloud
After the miniboss fight against the big Voidrax, the trinket will be in a chest to the right of the staircase.
This needs to be recollected on Hard Difficulty.

Document: Buckhorn Palace
In the small village, on a bench.

Once you enter the temple like area, the document on the right, before you take the pathway on the left.
