Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab is the 19th region in Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.

Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing
Camo (Maintenance) – Go back to the room where you dragged Raikov into the locker. As soon as entering the room, check the 2nd locker on the front left closest to the door.
Camo (Sneaking Suit) – In the same locker with the red stripe that you put Raikov in earlier, in the room on the 2nd floor.
Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: Main Wing
Ga-Ko #51 – As soon as you enter, go up the stairs in front of you. Just past the console, turn right and look upward at the ceiling, you will see it on one of the support beams ahead. From the console count roughly 4 to 5 beams above you and look from different angles to see it. Can be hard to spot if other beams overlap it. The duck has camo and blends in with the color of the beams.
Kerotan #51 – On the left side of the Shagohod (the big tank in the middle), between two green control panels near where you plant one of the C3 charges.
To continue, plant C3 charges on the 4 generators around the room. Then a cutscene will start.
Volgin Boss Fight
Ga-Ko #52 – Once the battle with Volgin starts, look right to see it on a metal box on the wall.
Kerotan #52 – In the back left corner of the arena look up, it is next to some crates.
Bonus: If you didn’t already earn 
Don’t Touch The Sides (remove a bullet wound using a knife), the Volgin boss is a good opportunity for it. When playing on Very Easy, bullet injuries can be quite rare, but some of Volgin’s attacks will cause bullet injuries even on Very Easy. Let him hit you with his bullets until it causes an injury, then go into the Cure menu and remove the bullet. If it doesn’t unlock try using a Bandage, Disinfectant, Styptic and then the Knife to remove the bullet last and it should unlock.
Camo (Cold War) – Awarded for defeating Volgin by depleting his stamina. CQC Slam him with R2/RT, then shoot him with non-lethal weapons. Make sure to pick it up immediately when depleting his stamina during the fight, BEFORE the cutscene starts. Keep a save from the fight in case you miss it.
