Groznyj Grad is the 16th region in Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.

Groznyj Grad Underground Tunnel
Kerotan #41 – Go down the tunnel and proceed forward until you reach the red guard rails, look directly ahead with a sniper rifle to see this on a pipe. You can also shoot it during the boss fight but it’s easier to do it now. Do this before defeating The Fury as you cannot get back to this area afterward.
Ga-Ko #41 – This can only be obtained during The Fury boss fight. As soon as the fight starts, run back to the ladder you climbed down to start the fight, look into the first opening on the left to see this on the pip. Do this before defeating The Fury as you cannot get back to this area afterward.
Camo (Fire) – Awarded for defeating The Fury by depleting his stamina. It will be right next to you after the cutscene. Grab it now as going up the ladder ahead is another point of no return.

Ga-Ko #42 – On top of hangar 65. From where you start the area, go up the red stairs, then to the third hangar on the right. To see the duck go to the middle of the area where a truck is parked.
Kerotan #42 – Inside hangar 67. It’s the middle hangar across on the opposite side of the road from where hangar 65 was. The front door is slightly open and you can shoot through it. The frog sits on a tank cannon there.
Now go through the door in the northwest corner on the map.

Ga-Ko #43 – On top of the 2nd tank of the right side.
Kerotan #43 – Run between the middle of the sets of tanks here up to a fenced off area with a red gate. Look through the red fenced gate to the top of the stairs (inside fenced area) to find it sitting in front of a brown metal door.
Exit the area using the 2nd door in the southeast corner, close to the one you entered (to the right of where you entered, next to a red fence). This leads to Groznyj Grad Northeast. From here follow the right wall past the red gate, at the end of the path is a crawlspace, crawl through this to reach Groznyj Grad Southeast.

Kerotan #44 – Climb on top of the main building to find this in the top right corner.
Ga-Ko #44 – From the Kerotan look right to see this on top of an alarm horn pole.
Now enter the building below the roof where you’re standing, through the red front door. This leads to Groznyj Grad Torture Room.

Ga-Ko #45 – Go right as soon as you enter and into a prison room on the right which has a woman’s poster on the wall. You find this on the shelf.
Kerotan #45 – Now go left and into the small office, it’s under a desk.
Exit the building back to Groznyj Grad Southeast, go through the red door in the north to reach Groznyj Grad Northeast.

Ga-Ko #46 – As soon as you enter, look right to see this on the corner of the barbed wire fence just ahead, below a searchlight tower.
Kerotan #46 – Proceed forward, avoiding both searchlights as you go, on the right is a food storage building, next to this is a crawl space in the ground. Crawl through this towards the south where you came from, then in the first opening on the right will be the Kerotan. About halfway through the crawl space (underground, can only be seen from within the crawl space).
Now go through the door in the middle of Groznyj Grad Northeast where the yellow objective marker is on the map to reach Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing.

Ga-Ko #47 – On the left as soon as you enter, in the flower bed.
Camo (Officer) + Mask – Automatically obtained story camo from Raikov. You must go to the upper floor and non-lethally take out the officer with white hair (wears green uniform, he’s the only one with white hair). Then on the upper floor drag his unconscious body through the red locked doors across the little footbridge before the room with scientists. When his body is near the red lock door it will open. Drag him all the way to the lockers in the southwest corner of the upper floor, when out of sight you get a cutscene where you push him into a locker and steal his uniform. This is then in your inventory automatically.
Kerotan #47 – After you dragged Raikov to the lockers on the upper floor, it’s in the nextdoor room on some bookshelves.
Weapon (Scorpion) – Either follow a guard through the door or equip the Officer camo and Mask to access the room. On the ground floor, in the 2nd room in the middle, in between two shelves.
Now go through the door in the southwest corner of the locker room on the upper floor, where you dragged Raikov. Then go through the corridor to reach the next area Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: West Wing Corridor.

Kerotan #48 – Look directly out of the window to your left as soon as you enter to find this on top of a pole with speakers. Knock out the two guards here and shoot it with a sniper rifle.
Ga-Ko #48 – To the left of the guards, look out of the window to see this just to the right sitting in another window.
Now go back to the previous area, equip Officer Uniform + Mask, re-enter the area to respawn the two guards at the door. Approach them to get a cutscene. Afterward you wake up in the Torture Room.
Groznyj Grad Torture Room
Note: you will temporarily lose all of your equipment including the Tsuchinoko in your Food Menu. You get everything back later when reaching Tikhogornyj: Behind Waterfall.
Weapon (Single Action Army) – Automatically obtained story weapon. It will be in your inventory once you are in the prison cell.
Weapon (Fork) – In your prison cell where you start, on the left.
To escape the prison cell, access the cure menu and use the Fork on the Fake Death Pill and Transmitter. Use the transmitter (hold 
) and call frequency 144.75 to unlock the cell door when the guard is walking away so he doesn’t see you. If you’re spotted you can jump-roll into him to stun him (press 
). Then leave the prison through the brown metal door in the corridor. Afterward, proceed from one objective marker on the map (equip compass or view map) until you reach The Sorrow boss in a long river. There are no collectibles in Groznyj Grad Sewers as you won’t have access to your weapons for a while. You get back your full equipment later at Tikhogornyj: Behind Waterfall.
