Svyatogornyj is the 13th region in Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.

Svyatogornyj South
Mushroom F (Spatsa) – At the base of the first tree in the area. Looks like a gray mushroom.
Kerotan #29 – After entering the area go forward, turn around and look up to see this above the doorway where you came from.
Ga-Ko #29 – Go towards the climbable tree. Look ahead at the rocky area between this tree and the nearest one to its left, this duck is obscured by a small branch on this rocky area. It has camo on and blends in with the rocks, hard to see.
R. Vegetable (Vine Melon) – Hanging off the vine in the middle of the area before going up the slope, left of the Ga-Ko. Looks like long green vegetable. Can use Thermal Goggles to see it.
Mushroom G (Baikal Scaly Tooth) – At the base of the trees in this area, looks like multiple mushrooms growing out of the tree.
Svyatogornyj West
Mushroom B (Ural Lumnescent Mushroom) – After entering the area take the left path, after going through the first patch of grass it’s at the base of the second tree on the left, behind a fallen log. Use your Thermal Goggles as it’s very small and hard to spot.
Kerotan #30 – On a ledge just to the right of the previously mentioned climbable tree. Watch out for the pitfall trap to the right of it.
Ga-Ko #30 – Go back and take the right path this time. You will walk through a ravine with 2 logs above you, and a patch of grass at the end. Immediately after the patch of grass, on the left will be 3 destroyed tree stumps. On the leftmost one (the one that looks more brown) is the duck. It has camo and can be hard to see. Watch out for the pitfall trap that’s immediately on the right side.
Make sure to take the rightmost exit out of this area first.
Svyatogornyj East
Ga-Ko #31 – In the back of this area is a cabin. In front of the cabin is a turret, stand directly in front of it, then turn 90° to your left. You will now be facing a tree, and behind this tree is a rock. Go behind this tree and look up the rock, the duck is on the rock. It’s camouflaged and hard to see. Near the top of the rock just below where small trees are. Basically the first big rock to the left of the cabin.
Kerotan #31 -Inside the cabin, on a shelf in a room on the left with beds, easy to spot.
Weapon (M63) – In the cabin in the back room, climb over a crate on the left to find the weapon.
