Mort Grotto is the 4th shrine in Cloudspire region. This guide series covers all trophy/achievement relevant items, collectibles, NPC questlines, and bosses to get Platinum & 1000 Gamerscore in one playthrough. There are other non-unique items, all of which can be bought from merchants later in the game (consumables, feathers for weapon upgrades, armor dropped by enemies), and benedictions which aren’t relevant for trophies. Everything becomes missable as the story progresses, especially NPC interactions must be done at the earliest opportunity. This guide is intended for use during the story, if doing anything out of order it can fail questlines and their associated rewards.

How to reach Mort Grotto: multiple ways to get here, from Cloudspire Outskirts follow the path to the right until reaching a red-eyed enemy, there you can grab a blue item which will automatically break the floor to drop you down to the shrine (you’ll land in a yellow circle). Alternatively, from Snowy Passage stick to the right side to go through a cave that also leads here.

Over the small bridge in front of the shrine, it’s a purple item on the ground.
That’s the only item directly in this region. Surrounding items overlap with other regions and are covered there.
