There are 12 Forgotten Remembrances in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. They are used to upgrade the number of health flask uses (also called Manna Vase). You must find all of them for the Overflowing Manna trophy & achievement.
They are found in big golden chests. Use them in the left skill tree branch, accessed from any shrine.
Everything in the first region Worship’s Rise is missable. This region becomes unavailable after talking to the Storyteller in Region 3: Mt. Zhenwu – Zhenwu Altar. They do carry over into New Game+, the chests you already found can be opened again but give weapon upgrade materials in New Game+.

Worship’s Rise – Buddha Cliffs
In the boss room where you fight Tang Palace Maid, take the exit at the bottom of the room that leads to the river. You will find a big golden chest at the river, open it.

Worship’s Rise – Doomwillow Beach
From Doomwillow Beach shrine turn around 180°, then take the path that’s in front of you and slightly to the left. Follow that path, it leads to a big blood puddle, there go left and follow the path all the way past a tree that attacks you until you can climb a ladder. This leads to a pillar you can knock down to create a shortcut. Go over it to reach the Red-Clad Lady. Behind her, go down the path, then go left to open a golden chest. Be careful, two enemies will drop onto you from above.

Cloudspire – Cloudspire Outskirts
On top of the tower at the second corruption pillar (rock that spawns explosives enemies). From Cloudspire Outskirts shrine, turn around 180°, go forward and up the snowy path to the right. You’ll reach a dead-end with a small house and a ladder inside. Climb up the short ladder to reach the second corruption pillar area. Go up the tall tower in that area to find the golden chest on the roof.

Cloudspire – Cloudspire City
Advance through Cloudspire City, at the end of the city you will go up a rooftop and find a red bag enemy who has his back turned to you. Here you have to drop down to a wooden scaffolding to advance on the main story path (can’t miss it). Go over the scaffolding to enter the next building. Once inside, don’t drop down the open balcony to the snowy path (it leads to Snowfall Palace). Instead, keep going down the stairs and across the bridge to the other building, where this is in a chest at the bottom with a shortcut door back to the prior area. Basically: just before dropping down the snowy path to Snowfall Palace where an enemy rolls a rock at you (if you reach the rolling rock you went too far).

Cloudspire – Shaft Entrance
On the path directly after the shrine will be a locked shortcut door. The chest is behind it. To reach it, drop off the right side of the path where the swinging clubs are, then follow this until you reach a room filled with gold and the shortcut door. The golden chest will be there.
Forgotten Remembrance #6
Mt. Zhenwu – Avian Marsh
Progress through Avian Marsh until you reach a large room with the summoner in the middle that inflicts Despair (instakill debuff). Follow the path around the left to the room with the other summoner enemy. On the lower floor of that room you can drop out the window onto some platforms to reach the central platform where this chest is located. If you struggle with the Despair buildup, switch to an outfit with high resistance to it and consume Fixed Origin Pills which can be gotten from any shrine in exchange for Madness.

Mt. Zhenwu – Zhenwu Antechamber
Advance through the area until you go past a dancing fire bird enemy and climb up a long ladder into a tower. After going across to the third tower where there is another dancing fire bird enemy, the chest is on the same floor. It’s in plain sight on the mandatory story path so would be hard to miss.

Mt. Zhenwu – Zhenwu Antechamber
This is hidden behind the benediction gate in this area. After defeating the main boss “South General – Liu Wenxiu” (can’t miss him), follow the scaffolding up to the top floors of the towers you will have went through on the way to the boss. After progressing across the lever platforms you will reach an elevator which you should be sure to activate. Very close to the elevator, off the edge of the building is an invisible floor leading to the Benediction Gate. It’s indicated by the green/yellow orbs floating in the sky. If you fall down, can use the elevator to get back here fast.

Worship’s Rise in Ruins – Shu Sanctum
From Shu Sanctum shrine turn around 180° and leave the building. Go over the invisible bridge. On the right side of the village area in the broken house you could drop into earlier in the game is the chest. Just before reaching the bamboo forest.
Forgotten Remembrance #10
Worship’s Rise in Ruins – Annalum Coutyard
Directly in front of the shrine. This shrine is a little bit hidden. From Shu Sanctum, go upstairs and leave over the side of the roof. Go up the path on the right, past a big enemy rolling a rock at you. Stay on that path until you reach the hilltop. There’s an invisible bridge that leads to the shrine.

Worship’s Rise in Ruins – Palace Entrance
From the shrine go down the left path into the Underground Palace but don’t go down the ladder in the center of the tower. Drop down one level just before entering the tower, then walk up the little wooden ramp outside the tower (where a giant enemy is) to get back inside, then drop down one floor to the golden chest.
