System Shock 2 25th Anniversary Remaster has 154 Collectible Locations spread across the game, and all of these are required to obtain the following trophies:

The majority of the collectibles are Audio Logs, which are physical objects found around the world, on corpses or in objects like desks and crates. OS Upgrade Stations are permanent upgrades that can be used once each, and are generally found nearby regular upgrade stations.
The game is split into Decks, and you are able to revisit these locations whenever you like, right up until you leave Deck 7 when you board an Escape Pod. This is a Point of No Return so make sure to have everything done before this point, and make a separate manual save in case you miss anything.
You can track which Audio Logs you have obtained by using your PDA, as it lists all Audio Logs found and the Deck they were found on, so if you miss any, you can reference this to see what you have missed.
Prologue: Ramsey Center
Everything in the Prologue is considered highly missable, as once you choose a career path you won’t be able to come back. Make sure to get both items before you choose a career path!

As soon as you go up the gravity elevator onto the street, instead of entering the UNN Building turn to the right and there will be a ramped wall next to where you came up. Climb onto this (jump and hold to mount the wall) and you will find a basketball sitting on top. Make sure to pick this up, then it will appear in your inventory.
You will need to bring this to Deck 5: Recreation for a secret email and trophy, so make sure to never lose it. While carrying it throughout the game, never put it in the far right inventory slots, as if you ever lose a strength level even temporarily, you will lose inventory slots from the right and if there is no inventory space for the items in those spots, they will get dropped to the ground, meaning it’s possible to not notice and have the basketball drop somewhere random.

Once you enter Basic Training, this Audio Log will be found at the fifth tutorial. It is unknown whether this is needed for all Audio Logs, but as it is a part of the tutorial it’s best to pick it up to be safe.

Upstairs will be Replicator with 4 Stim Unit access cards as well as 4 locked rooms. In order to get this trophy you must purchase all four access card and unlock the doors. The price will vary depending on difficulty, but you can make them cheaper by hacking the Replicator with 3 Hacking. You can also simply save beforehand, get the trophy and reload to save the nanites. The only room with anything of value is Nikki’s, as it has some cyber modules and 500 nanites.
