You receive it automatically during the story progression, right after the cutscene.

Follow the main path further uphill. The document is lying on the sofa.

#4 – Letter (A Petition to the Order)

This letter is located in the long corridor on the left, in the last room on the table.

#5 – Photo (A Family’s Happy Memory)

Follow the main path further. After you defeat the miniboss, continue down the hallway to the end until you reach the ruined bedroom. The photo is lying on the bed.

#6 – Book (Sophia’s Diary)

The book is in the same room, on the piano.

#7 – Letter (Another’s Letter from an Old Friend (Undelivered)

Follow the main path further. The collectible is on the chair next to the bloody rose statue.
