From the new Stargazer, head toward the Old Lady and talk to her. After the conversation, you can pick up the blank canvas lying to the right of Goddard. Goddard is now asking you for a decision! Choose the dialogue option “Incredible! It’s a brilliant work of art!”. If you don’t do this, the quest will fail later!
