The Revenant is an unlockable character class in Elden Ring Nightreign. Here’s how you unlock the Revenant:
Step 1: Unlock the Duchess – Refer to how to unlock Duchess (must get Old Pocketwatch as a random match reward, give it to the hooded girl in Roundtable Hold hub area).
Step 2: Buy Besmirched Frame – In Roundtable Hold, go to the Small Jar Bazaar and purchase the Besmirched Frame for 1500 Murk. This only appears in the shop after unlocking the Duchess as a playable character.
Step 3: After buying Besmirched Frame, check the map. A yellow exclamation mark will appear in the north-east corner of Roundtable Hold. There you will find a little ghost girl standing in the corner, interact with her and choose to “Touch phantom”.
Step 4: Defeat Night Idol – Touching the Phantom will instantly teleport you to a boss arena. There you must defeat the little ghost girl who is called “Night Idol”. She summons 3 spirits, you can kill those first to make it easier. If you die, you can touch the phantom again at Roundtable Hold to keep retrying.
Revenant Unlocked: After defeating the Night Idol, it is revealed the little ghost girl is the Revenant Nightfarer and she joins you as a playable character. She is a summoner, her skill is that she can summon the 3 spirits you fought during her boss encounter. These will kill enemies for you, but die very quickly against bosses. She also has a healing incantation that can heal the entire team, and her ultimate ability gives her summons temporary immortality and revives all fallen teammates.
