The Executioner’s Pride is the 2nd DLC side quest in the Horse races expansion of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Executioner’s Pride DLC side quest.

- Requirement: Having Patch 1.3 / 01.030.000 installed & Complete Main Quest 14: Speak of the Devil.

Boneworks if you completed side quests Forbidden Fruit and Thou art but dust… from the main game - Quest Type: Side Quest
- Quest Description: Heinz, Kuttenberg’s executioner, has been down on his luck lately, and wants to break the curse by having a new executioner’s sword made using various lucky charms. Naturally, I am to find them all and then forge the blade.
Starting Location: The Executioner’s Pride
NOTE: For Boneworks (helped the executioner knacker and ossuary guardian) you must also have completed side quests Forbidden Fruit and Thou art but dust… from the main game.
Talk to Innkeeper Mole
Talk to Mole inside the Inn and select “What’s new around here?”.
Talk to Executioner Heinz
Talk to Heinz, who is located to the east of Kuttenberg.
Select “I heard you have work for me.”
During the conversation, select any option. At the end, select “I accept the job.”
Get all four parts for the sword
It does not matter in which order you get the parts.
1: Hanged man’s noose
Follow the marker named “A” north of Kuttenberg. You will find a thief below a tree looting a body, and you have to fight him.
After defeating the thief, loot the body and get the Hanged man’s noose.
2: Horseshoe from a ghostly horse
To get the horseshoe, you need to get to the quest marker “B” at midnight. The horse does not spawn before midnight. At midnight, get to the area and you will soon find the horse. You need to follow it.
It will stop at one point to eat something, you then need to interact with the horse to remove its shoe.
3: Bezoar
Now, get to the Apothecary in Kuttenberg during the day.
Get a Bezoar (Blacksmithing Material), it costs around 42 Groschen depending on your reputation.
4: Hare pelt
Now, get to the Butcher in Kuttenberg.
Buy the Hare pelt for around 9 Groschen.
Forge the Executioner Sword
Leave the Butcher shop and turn left, move forward, and you will find the blacksmith and a forge.
The Executioner Sword is listed under Long Swords.
Talk to Executioner Heinz
Get back to Heinz and talk to him. Select “I have the sword for you.”
At the end, select “Cut me, then.”
If you have completed the side quests Forbidden Fruit and Thou art but dust… from the main game you will unlock Boneworks.
This finishes The Executioner’s Pride quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Horse races DLC.
