This walkthrough will guide you to all the Sentinel Barracks collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages. If you missed anything you can get it via chapter select. Mission Challenge #1 – Rip and Tear: Kill 40 demons (50 gold reward)
Kill any 40 enemies, you will automatically complete this during the chapter, can’t miss it.
Mission Challenge #2 – Plunderer: Find 150 gold (50 gold reward)
You will come across the required 150 gold automatically by following this collectible guide.
Mission Challenge #3 – Prize Fighter: Execute a 3 hit Melee Combo 3 times (50 gold reward)
For this you need to melee a demon using 
3 times in a row for a full combo when your melee charges are at 3. Do this on the more powerful demons who won’t die before all 3 hits land, such as any Mancubus or Hell Knights. Your melee attacks recharge over time or by collecting gauntlet pickups, check that you have 3 full charges (bottom right of screen) before starting the combo.
Secret #1 + 22 Gold (22/212) + Collectible Toy #1 (Hell Knight)
After killing the first Mancubus in the level, ignore the path to the left leading down to some gold, instead go forward and inside, look left to see 3 gold and a wall you can smash through, go in here for the toy and the gold, and also collect the gold on the stairs you ignored earlier by going through the door that opened when you smashed through the wall.
Secret #2 + 58 Gold (80/212)
Proceed on the story path until you reach green button on the floor, go left to find a green statue you can throw your shield at to jump up and find 5 gold here. Then drop down to the left of the gold, charge into the large crate, climb up the crate to find the secret area with 3 gold a chest.
4 Gold (84/212)
After standing on the green button and opening the door ahead, climb up the wall then drop down into another room to see 4 gold right in front of you, impossible to miss.
Secret #3 + 27 Gold (111/212)
You will come to a corridor with explosive red barrels and several hell knights, once you’ve killed them look to the left to see a button you can press to open a door. Go inside and pick up 3 gold, climb up the wall ahead for 3 more gold. Go right and climb up another wall, go around the corner for 5 more gold, and then through the door to the secret area, 16 more gold and a life sigil.
Ruby #1
Automatic pickup from story progression, can’t miss it.
Secret #4 + 5 Gold (116/212)
At the broken bridge look down and to the left to see 5 gold, jump down here, collect the gold, climb up the wall and follow the path up another 2 walls to find the secret and a life sigil at the end.
Demonic Essence: Armor
Automatically obtained by defeating the Mancubus leader in the combat encounter at the other end of the broken bridge, it will spawn near the end of the fight.
Secret #5 + 20 Gold (136/212) + Ruby #2
Jump across the next broken bridge but then turn around to see an area you can jump down to. Climb up and go right to find 8 gold, kill the enemies in the room, climb the walls at the end to find the Ruby ahead. To the left of the ruby is 4 gold leading to another climbable wall, at the top you will find the remaining 8 gold.
50 Gold (186/212)
Across passing over the previously mentioned broken bridge, follow the stairs up on the right to a room with a chest containing 50 gold.
Secret #6 + 5 Gold (191/212) + Weapon Skin (Accelerator – Nightmare)
To the right of the burning tree are some stairs with 5 gold leading to an upper platform, you will find the secret and weapon skin here.
Codex #1 (Sentinel Barracks) + 21 Gold (212/212)
On the left in this area are 2 bundles of gold, shoot the cages to reveal them. Turn around and go forward down the ramp towards the big gate, look left at the bottom to see 5 gold and the codex page.
