Hebeth is the 2nd chapter in Doom: The Dark Ages and contains 13 collectible locations & 210 Gold. This walkthrough will guide you to all the Hebeth collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages. If you missed anything you can get it via chapter select. The 3rd chapter “Barrier Core” doesn’t contain any collectibles. Everything needed for 100% completion is included.

Secret #1
After you destroy a door by throwing your shield at it for the first time, enter and look immediately left for another door you can break open, enter to find the secret find a Life Sigil around by following the path.
Secret #2 + Collectible Toy #1 (Imp Stalker)
In the next room, go up both small sets of stairs, turn around and there is an area you can climb up. Do so then drop down, turn around to see the secret in front of you.
Secret #3 + Codex #1 (Hebeth)
Just after the last one in the next room, drop down to the lower floor, go forward up the short flight of stairs, through a doorway and climb over a crate to the left, it’s just around the corner here.
75 Gold (75/210)
After the fight with the hell knights and proceeding into the next area you will find 75 gold from several pickups. 50 in a chest, and several more on the floor below and behind the Sentinel Shrine. You have to pick it up for story purposes.
Secret #3 + 5 Gold (80/210)
After using the Sentinel Shrine a door will open up to your left, enter and go right, towards the red barrier and look up and to the right to see a climbable wall, the secret and 5 gold is up here.
Secret #4 + 5 Gold (85/210)
Just past the wall the stone imps break through, on the left is a door you can break through, the secret and 5 gold are in here.
16 Gold (101/210)
Shortly after this you will drop down a hole after an electrified corridor to see 16 gold in front of you, on the main story path.
Secret #5 + 5 Gold (106/210)
Immediately after getting the Accelerator weapon (story-related) and killing the demons in the next room, look left to see a vent you break, enter it to find the secret, 5 gold, and a life sigil at the end of the path.
8 Gold (114/210)
When you climb up a wall into a vent where green projectiles are being shot from a turret to the left (impossible to miss), parry it back to destroy it and reveal the gold.
16 Gold (130/210)
Keep following the main path and you will come back to the room outside of where the Sentinel Shrine is, the doorway below Secret #3 is now open, in here is 16 gold.
5 Gold + Secret 6 + 9 Gold (144/210)
You will come to an outside area where you will have to drop down, go past the pipes spraying fire, climb a short flight of stairs, on the left climb up the wall and collect the 5 gold here. Now look right to see a wall you can break by throwing your shield, jump in here and use the valve to turn off the fire at the pipes. Go through the newly opened doorway to find the secret, 9 gold, and a life sigil behind a wall a hell knight will break through.
Secret 7 + 8 Gold (152/210)
After the next mandatory fight, once you kill all enemies a door on the left will open, in here is 8 gold.
Secret 8 + 50 Gold (202/210)
Once you reach the next Sentinel Shrine, just to the right of it is a gap in the wall, follow the path all the way to the end to find the secret and a chest containing 50 gold.
Secret 9 + 8 Gold (210/210) + Weapon Skin #1 (Shredder – Nightmare)
Climb up past the Sentinel Shrine, look left to see 3 crates, climb up, then up into the vent to find 3 gold, drop down the next hole to find 5 more gold, then drop down at the end of the path to find the weapon skin.
Demonic Essence: Health
Automatically obtained by defeating Demonic Leader at the end of the level.
