"The Duskbloods" is a sequel to the blood spirit produced by Hidetaka Miyazaki and FromSoftware, not Bloodline 2. This work is another major IP of FromSoftware after "Eldon's Ring of Far" (2022), continuing its exploration of dark fantasy themes.

"The Duskbloods" is not "Bloodline 2". Although players see many elements similar to Dark Souls and Bloodborne in the trailer and broadcast, such as Gothic architecture and character outfits, this only continues FromSoftware's usual dark style. In fact, The Duskbloods is a multiplayer action game based on PvPvE, supporting up to 8 players in battles and fighting between players and enemies. Players will transform into the "Dutch Blood Clan" who obtains power beyond humans through special blood, and devote themselves to the fierce battle around "ancestor blood".
