Purchase each skill in Yasuke's "Samurai" skill tree. You only need the first level of each skill, not every upgrade. This requires a level 6 knowledge level, and you can increase the knowledge level by making orange activity icons on the map. In addition, 4 samurai skills need to complete specific side missions to unlock. They will show "Move Further in the Story" in the Skills menu, but they come from side quests.
Samurai Station - From the optional mission "Students of Nobutsuna", automatically unlocked in Act 2 through Yasuke's main mission. You can then track it under Goal > Omi > Nobutsuna Sensei > Nobutsuna Students. The mission starts in Oe Province (it will display skills as a mission reward). The teacher will ask you to defeat his 7 students, and after the task line is completed, you unlock the skills to purchase.
Complete the optional task "Fallen Soldiers"> "Genzaburo Soldiers" The first task "Fallen Soldiers" will be automatically unlocked later in the story. This is a level 41 mission. It will appear under Harima's target menu and can be tracked from there. It leads to a waypoint in Harima, which gives us clues about the first Sword of Saburo.
