To obtain call support, you need to get points in the game. For artillery bombing, you need to get at least 7000 points, at which time there can be no other ongoing strikes in the area. Once you reach this point, press the bound call support button to open the call menu. For PC players, this is usually the No. 5 key in the shortcut bar. Press and hold the button, then move the mouse or lever to the "Bombardment" option and press the displayed activation button.
Only a limited number of artillery bombings can be triggered at a time. The call support menu will show that the maximum number of times has been reached and a notification will pop up to tell you when it will be available again.
