Once you enter Nestminster, you will hear stories about Frey, the daughter of a missing chef.
Go to Moonlight Pool with Erica to rescue Frey.
Walk from the left side of the entrance of Nestminster, cross the bridge and go with Erica to obtain a bow for quiet shooting (using LB/L1).
Ignore the path blocked by two guards and use the grapple hook to follow Erica further west.
Dig up ore and other resources along the way for production.
You will find a white feather, confirm that you are on the right path, and then you will be ambushed by two frogman warriors.
After defeating the enemy, continue to go left (rest at save points along the way), and soon you will arrive at the Mushroom Farm, where you are waiting for another wave of ambush.
After you defeat the frogman, a pair of striped nose farmers will appear, encouraging you to continue heading left to the pond.
When you reach the Moonlight Pool, you will meet Frey and she will run to find an egg.
Follow Frey to the right (where you just came) until your path is blocked by a farmer.
Get the badger basement key from the farmer, then enter the farm and head to the basement.
Use the key to leave the basement and you will continue to follow Frey's pace.
How to unlock the fire element
In "Iron Tail 2: Winter's Beard", Alu will obtain the fire element. You will come across a statue that will teach you how to use the fire element (hold the LT/L2 and press the Y/triangle key), which you can test on the two enemies that subsequently attack you.
Continue to follow the path until you reach a cliff and use the grapple hook to climb to the top.
How to defeat the Mesopore Mini Boss
Go down the ladder and go right until you encounter the Mesopore Mini Boss, which is weak against the fire and ice elements.
Use your newly learned flame magic to deal huge damage to the boss and avoid impact attacks indicated by the red line.
