Before heading there, make sure you bring some unlocking tools as elder leaves are hidden in a locked box. Once you have the tools ready, head to Trosky Castle and walk to the north side of the castle. There you will find a wooden house near the walls of the castle.
It is best to try it at dusk, when the people in the house are usually already asleep and are more likely to sneak in without being discovered.
Use stealth skills to carefully open the door lock and once inside the house, walk to the second door on the left. The box with elder leaves is in that room, and the lock is not difficult to open.
Once you unlock the box, you will find elderberry leaves, as well as some other useful items and materials. Remember to take away everything you can take.
